stats, shots, and such

We went to the pediatrician Wednesday for our 4 month well visit and vaccinations. Brooks looked great- he is gaining weight well and shot up in height. Who would have thought Eric and I would have a kid in the 85-90 %ile for height.

Stats are as such:
height: 2 ft 2" (26")
weight 15 lb 8.5 oz
noggin: 16.75" circumference.

I found a cool site that will plot B's data on an infant growth chart- you can see how his height shot up and his weight gain is textbook. The dark line in the middle is 50th percentile, or average.






Shots: went well. It is nice that one of the immunizations is given orally to spare him a shot. He cried of course, then passed out. He has been extra tired since and his poor little leg got very red . I called to ask about it and it took 4.5 hrs for a nurse practitioner to call me back- so happy we are switching practices. They had me mark the redness with a pen to make sure it wasn't spreading, and fortunatly today it is much smaller.
