Halloween Part 2 !!!

First- I put up some ADORABLE pictures only 2 days ago- that was Halloween part 1. So don't skip those if you have not checked in a few days (I am talking to you Mom! I know you just got power back :) )

So this is Halloween part 2!
We went to Gymboree in the morning. They cancelled all classes and just held a big costume party for the kids. It was adorable. They had a costume contest. A little pink piggy won funniest, My boy Brooks won Most Original/Creative!, and my girl Ivy won best overall!!! We get a credit towards next month's enrollment + beanie baby ghosts for winning! I was a proud mama :)

Then it was horrendous trying to get my sugared up boy to nap, but he did. Eric came home from work early and we went trick or treating! I wish Halloween was always on a weekend- it was so much better last year going early when it was light and warmer. Brooks was not the greatest trick or treater. He had fun, but was cold so asked to go home. We did TOT for about an hour though. His problem was he wanted to eat what he got, when he got it, so it was slow going and a lot of distracting him to avoid an all out 'I.want.candy.now.' tantrum. Not a big haul since it was so slow going, but that is best for all of us! We all had a nice time though, the holiday is so much fun with the kiddos.

At Gymboree! He wore the wig for a little, but we called it a "hat" so it didn't last long, however he wore it all day long outside. (Ivy slept for half the party, so there are some pics first of her at the house since it is B dominant at Gymboree)
