Happy Halloween!
I am so excited for tomorrow! This Halloween has been a bit of a downer in terms of our failed pumpkin picking expedition and then this weekend's weather. Now we have no cause to complain, because although it did snow here yesterday, we kept power and have nothing on the ground to show for it today. My family (aka the people who read this) did not fare as well and were bombarded and lost power. So our big weather disappointment was missing out on the fun Halloween activities this weekend. B was so excited to trick or treat on Rittenhouse Row and do the costume parade. But oh well- we will get plenty of that tomorrow!
Now, this is part 1 of 2 as far as Halloween posts go. I took the kids over to Whole Foods to 'pumpkin pick' and get some pictures. We had to have some pumpkins :) Later this week I will post a costume 'fashion-show' picture post :)

Some of you may recall one of my favorite pictures ever of B's first Halloween- I put him in a pumpkin!
Well of course I had to do it for Miss Ivy as well!
Also- tradition has me putting B on top of pumpkins for a picture, so we did it once again this year. 2009, 2010, 2011!

I tried to get one of the duo- but it was impossible, even with the lollipop bribe!
