The problem with slacking...

The problem with slacking at blogging, is that suddenly I have tons and tons of pictures to add! So this will be an overlong post- picture heavy, text light.

October has been crazy. We have had a lot going on. The Jewish holidays, which although the kids are not being raised Jewish, are family events and a good way to see everyone. Eric had a business trip so the kids and I went to NJ for a sleepover with Nana & Pa. Brooks and I went to our first live show, we went as a family to the aquarium, plus the everyday business of being cute!

B has new pirate PJ's! I love them.

This makes me smile :)

Our day at the Camden Aquarium! B was unimpressed, it was expensive, and to be honest I was unimpressed as well. We won't be returning anytime soon.

I tried to recreate the shot I loved of Eric and B from our first trip- May 2010- somehow a 10 month old was much easier to photograph than a crazy 2 yr old.

Ivy slept through the aquarium, but she woke up as we left so we got some pics with Philly in the background.

Hanging out at home!

This picture cracks me up- B stealing whatever Ivy has and her giving a dirty look!

He now climbs and hangs- scary!

Weekends are for quality Daddy time!

IVY HAS HER FIRST TOOTH! If you see a speck of white in the bottom center, you are not crazy, that is the little tip poking through!

B dances along to his shows on TV

Another thing the pair does that makes me smile :)

I have taken to giving Ivy her teething bars while she's naked so that the mess is less

CHEEKS!

At Nana & Pa's for 2 days! Enjoying the yard- it's like a park in their mind!

Brooks likes to say Brooks drive and climb into the front seat

So stinking cute

Turtleback Zoo with Nana!

We took the train at the zoo. Prior to the ride, B was unenthused and Ivy was content

Once the train started moving fast and blowing the whistle, B was thrilled, Ivy not so much!

The zoo had cute little fall areas for pictures

The coolest part- the aviary where you could feed the birds off a stick. If Nana had not slowly intro'd him into it, I don't think B would have done a thing- but they took it slow and he LOVED it

And lastly- our first live show. B and I went to see Yo Gabba Gabba live. This is his most favorite show- it is only 4 yrs old so many do not know of it, but he LOVES it. His face when he saw them so close was priceless, we were 7th row and he had a BLAST

This is how he spent most of the show, smiling and leaning as close as he could

Our seats were front and center so we got all the confetti, snow, fall leaves, etc- he was thrilled
