On Saturday- Eric, Brooks, and I drove up to NYC to have lunch with Eric's grandmother and celebrate her 90th birthday- Happy Birthday Grandma Elly! The day was great- everything timed out well and we had a nice visit- even got to see Eric's Uncle Chris from CA. Walked around the city a bit, and headed home. Fortunately we timed the drive up and down with his 2 naps, so it worked out- but it was a long day. I am bad and don't have any pictures because Uncle Chris had his camera out- so hopefully we got some good ones.
Sunday we had Zach Luber's 1st birthday party. They had it at Little Gym (a gymboree type place) and B had a blast. The Lubers also announced that baby Luber #2 is coming in November- so congratulations to them!
Zach's party:
Just to show off B's cute belt-
there was a trampoline
a roller coaster
Lots of balls which are fun!
Until someone takes them away
Music time with bells
A ball pit! (which he Loooved- he loves balls right now, we are going to get him a ball pit for his 1st birthday as our main gift)
Here he is with the birthday boy (and no that is not Marc holding Zach)
Mommy played with him
And Daddy shared his pizza crust
Which apparently was very funny
Yesterday, Brooks and I drove up to NJ to see another of Uncle G's lacrosse games. It was the perfect weather for it- and he had a blast spending 2 hrs outside watching Uncle G and playing with Nana. Then we had dinner with Grandpa, Nana, & Uncle G- and hit the road.
Good Goal Griff!
Nana sure is funny!
The laminated team roster was a lot of fun
So it has been a busy- but GREAT week so far :) I cannot believe tomorrow is Friday already
